General Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions of MC kemp s.r.o., ID No.: 23558512, VAT No.: CZ23558512, with its registered office at Dachova 2198, 508 01 Hořice (hereinafter referred to as the "landlord"). These terms and conditions are an appendix to the reservation and rental agreements for accommodation units and movable equipment concluded between the lessor and the lessee.
1. Interpretation of terms
"Terms and Conditions," "TC," or "Terms" means these general terms and conditions.
"Agreement" means a reservation or rental agreement accepted by both parties and referring to these GTC.
The "Landlord" is MC kemp s.r.o., ID No.: 23558512, VAT No.: CZ23558512, with its registered office at Dachova 2198, 508 01 Hořice, Czech Republic.
The "Lessee" is a natural or legal person who has entered into a contract with the Lessor in accordance with these GTC.
A "consumer" is a tenant who acts outside of their business activities. Relations with consumers are also governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
An "entrepreneur" is a tenant who acts within the scope of their business activities (e.g., provides their company ID number).
"Force majeure" refers to extraordinary and unforeseeable obstacles beyond the control of the contracting parties, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or interventions by state authorities.
The subject of the contract is the reservation or rental of accommodation units or movable equipment of the lessor according to the current offer and price list published at www.kemp-dachova.cz.
2. Reservation Agreement
By concluding the reservation agreement, both parties undertake to conclude a lease agreement within the specified period.
The reservation agreement mainly includes: the rental period (start and end dates), the type and number of accommodation units or equipment, the price, and the place where the service will be provided.
If the price is not specified directly in the reservation agreement, the price from the price list at www.kemp-dachova.cz applies.
Reservations can be made online using the form on the website, by phone, or by email.
When booking online, the contract is concluded at the moment of payment.
When booking by phone or email, the contract is concluded on the day the tenant confirms the summary sent by the landlord.
3. Lease agreement
By signing a lease agreement, the landlord undertakes to provide the tenant with the agreed accommodation units or equipment for temporary use, and the tenant undertakes to pay rent.
The rent is payable in advance, at the latest upon signing the lease agreement, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Conditions for concluding a contract: minimum age of 18, legal capacity, presentation of proof of identity, payment of the agreed price.
Check-in: from 4 p.m. until the end of reception opening hours on the day of arrival; check-out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure (current reception opening hours are listed on the website www.kemp-dachova.cz).
If the tenant returns the accommodation unit or equipment earlier, they are not entitled to a refund of the proportionate part of the rent.
A business tenant cannot terminate the contract unless otherwise agreed. A consumer may terminate the contract with ten days' notice.
Tenant's obligations:
use the equipment properly and for its intended purpose,
report damage or loss immediately,
not to make any alterations without the landlord's consent,
return the equipment in the condition in which it was received (taking into account normal wear and tear),

The landlord may terminate the contract immediately if the tenant grossly violates their obligations (damage to property, unauthorized subletting, etc.).
4. Compensation for damages
The tenant is responsible for loss or damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the renter is obliged to pay the value according to the lessor's internal price list.
In the case of repairable damage, they shall cover the costs of repair (including transport, materials, and labor) and any reduction in value.
If a defect occurs during the rental period and is not caused by the renter, the lessor will arrange for repair, replacement, or a discount on the rental price.
5. Consumer rights and complaints
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely (online, by email) within 14 days of the date of conclusion, in accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code.
The consumer has the right to file a complaint about services, and the lessor is obliged to handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest (unless otherwise agreed).
Consumers can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
6. Final provisions
Relations between the landlord and tenant are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If any provision is invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.
These terms and conditions are effective as of the date of publication on www.kemp-dachova.cz and apply to all contracts concluded after that date, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
